I think the full refund was appropriate. That dress was SO far from fitting, if she wasn't near you and your skill, she would have never worn it anywhere...let alone down the aisle.

This was a lesson well learned as a small business owner - too bad that lessons learned are always painful or unpleasant. Tip (which I am sure you know already): materials are easy to price but only YOU can determine what your time is worth and you don’t need to explain it to anyone. They either pay it or go elsewhere…thank you for sharing your experiences!

Omg don’t feel the need to give in to scammers. SMH services cost money and I’m sure a kid isn’t going out and buying a dress on their own so that was definitely a scammer.

The delusion begins with the way they see themselves. Most of the women buying these dresses are obese or overweight. They would NEVER look pleasant in ANY of them, but for some reason, they think they can emulate the dress as it fits the perfectly proportioned model.
